Job Title: Care Professional – Morning Calls
Location: Swadlincote/Burton/Derby
Hours: Preferred availability 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM (can be extended if more hours are desired)
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour
Enhanced Pay: £14.25 per hour (before 8:00 AM, after 6:00 PM, and weekends)

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Help with personal care routines such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with mobility and safe movement
  • Prepare breakfast and help with morning medication
  • Offer companionship and reassurance to start the day right
  • Light household tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment

 

Shift Information:

  • Preferred availability: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
  • More hours can be offered if desired
  • Please note: You are paid for the time spent delivering care, not for your entire availability window

 

Pay & Benefits:

  • £13.35 per hour standard
  • £14.25 per hour before 8 AM, after 6 PM, and weekends
  • Travel time and mileage paid

What You’ll Need:

  • A warm, caring, and reliable nature
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to help others
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the community-based nature of the role
