The Role

• Accurately locate, pick, and prepare merchandise for online orders.
• Package customer orders with care and attention to detail.
• Process and dispense online orders for customer pickup.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary to ensure order completeness.
• Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied shifts (opening, morning, mid-shift, closing).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods.
• Dexterity to handle merchandise and operate necessary equipment.
