The Role • Accurately locate, pick, and prepare merchandise for online orders. • Package customer orders with care and attention to detail. • Process and dispense online orders for customer pickup. • Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary to ensure order completeness. • Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
