TriValley Primary Care is seeking a full time Human Resources Coordinator for our organization. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for a variety of human resources tasks, including but not limited to employee relations, new hire orientation, benefit administration and support, personnel records and insurance credentialing for providers. The Human Resources Coordinator acts as a conduit between the Practice Administrator and eight outlying offices in regards to compliance, policies, and procedures.

This position is responsible for maintaining all personnel records, evaluation schedules, and a database of job applicants. The HR Coordinator will also assist the Office Managers with employee coaching and counseling, as well as interviewing job candidates and employee terminations as needed. This position is responsible for onboarding all new employees and collecting the necessary paperwork from new hires. Finally, this position also manages the Physician and CRNP credentialing with all participating payors.

A successful candidate has at least 2 years experience in Human Resources, and is familiar with all of the regulations surrounding employee relations. TriValley is an equal opportunity employer
