The Role

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled IT/OT Support Engineer to support our Services team. In this role, you'll provide Level 1/2 support and operational service delivery across IT and OT environments for customer sites. You will maintain the availability, performance, and security of core systems and networks through proactive monitoring, incident and problem resolution, routine administration, and well-managed change activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Services team, provide Level 1/2 support for end-user devices, applications and access issues, taking ownership from initial triage through to resolution or escalation.
• Build, configure, deploy and support Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and standard business applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services at a support level, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and Teams, user provisioning, group membership and basic policy troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 1-3 years of hands-on IT support, service desk or junior systems administration experience, or equivalent practical capability.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows endpoint, application, account and connectivity issues and to know when to escalate.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity concepts, including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams and endpoint/device management.
• Foundation-level networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VLANs and VPNs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (desirable).

Further Details

This role may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to provide support to our global customer base, including US-based customers.
