Overview of The Role

This is a senior-level backend engineering position with significant ownership and influence over technical direction. You will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of core platform services, helping to build scalable and resilient systems that support critical business operations. The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, improving system performance, and contributing to long-term platform strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong backend software engineering experience in production environments

Experience building scalable distributed applications and services

Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Go, Java, C#, Python, or similar

Experience working with containerized applications and cloud infrastructure

Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability

Experience with SQL and NoSQL data storage technologies

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience working on high-scale platforms or enterprise systems

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing

Experience with microservices-based applications

Exposure to cloud-native development practices

Strong system design and technical decision-making abilities
