About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OneStream Techno-Functional Specialist to support enterprise finance transformation and performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting the OneStream platform while serving as a key liaison between Finance, Technology teams, and implementation partners. This role requires a blend of deep technical configuration capabilities and business-facing consulting skills to deliver scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions that meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do

• Configure, implement, and support OneStream applications and enterprise performance management solutions.
• Perform hands-on administration, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of the OneStream platform.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Work closely with implementation partners, system integrators, and cross-functional teams throughout solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Support and optimize budgeting, planning, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting processes.
• Design, develop, and configure OneStream workflows, business rules, dimensions, forms, dashboards, reports, and data integrations.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions that ensure data integrity, system reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and operational teams to enhance planning, forecasting, and decision-support capabilities.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices across OneStream implementations.
• Support governance, controls, and documentation standards for enterprise finance applications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business users by providing functional and technical expertise on OneStream capabilities and roadmap.

Mandatory skills:

OneStream Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream platform configuration, administration, and support.
• Ability to independently configure, maintain, and enhance OneStream applications.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting OneStream solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of OneStream architecture, metadata management, workflows, business rules, dashboards, reporting, and security.
• Experience with designing and configuring financial planning, consolidation, and reporting solutions within OneStream.

Functional Expertise

• Deep knowledge of OneStream's Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workforce Planning solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Capital Planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management processes.
• Ability to translate finance business requirements into scalable OneStream configurations and solutions.

Stakeholder Management

• Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams while driving solution alignment and delivery outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Experience with financial systems, data integration, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective OneStream solutions.
• Understanding of data management, data validation, reconciliation, and integration frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
