Job Description

On behalf of one of our clients based in Fribourg, we are recruiting a Harness Designer with a positive mindset, a passion for their work, and a strong team spirit. Ready for your next professional challenge? Then this opportunity is made for you!
Responsibilities:
As a Harness Designer you design and optimize wiring harness assemblies for combustion engines, you take account technical scheduling and financial aspects). You prepare technical presentations, define the wiring harness topology and technology approach (with E/E design team). In addition you create and manage 2D drawings, create bill of materials. Besides, you design and define the cabling components (electrical cables, connectors) according to standards, regulations and functional requirements.
You, also support the PLM system, you create and maintain documentation and component specifications. Finally, you plan, execute and evaluate tests.
