Title: Release Train Engineer
Duration: 5+ months

Release Train Engineer
Role Summary
The Release Train Engineer is the servant leader and chief facilitator for an Agile Release Train (ART) supporting product teams. The RTE coordinates planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple Scrum teams, helping them deliver predictable, high-quality value aligned to the firm's business priorities and the Financial Advisor and Branch experience.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, with 3+ years as an RTE, Program Manager, or Senior Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment.
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent (SAFe Program Consultant preferred).
• Proven experience facilitating PI Planning and coordinating multi-team programs.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and resolve conflict constructively.
