Job Description

Position: Planisware Consultant

Location: Remote, PST hours

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planisware Consultant to join our team on the business side. In this role, you will work closely with users to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions using Planisware PPM software. You will lead workshops, provide guidance, and help users in their project plans.

  • Implement and configure Planisware solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Planisware to support pharmaceutical/clinical project tracking and resource management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Planisware.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Planisware applications.
  • Ensuring data quality in the project plans
  • Help look into supporting project synchronization, baselining, reporting etc
  • Help with Project Template Changes
  • Develop or modify OnePager template
  • Be able to participate and support Steering Committee preparation
  • Be able to do office hours for users
