The Role

• Oversee the technical and commercial management of commercial and industrial properties, including budget planning and reporting.
• Lead and guide a team of caretakers and technical staff, providing professional direction and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing existing contracts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan, manage, and execute maintenance, repair work, and technical projects.
• Support the creation of proposals and process orders in collaboration with administrative staff.
• Lead and organize modernization and other technical development projects.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Facility Management or a completed vocational training in a technical field, preferably in electrical engineering, heating technology, building technology, or a related area.
• Relevant professional experience in facility management or property administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
• High initiative, structured and economical thinking, with a strong ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and ideally experience with CAFM systems.
• Proven experience in personnel management and leadership of technical teams.
