Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare/Payer domain, with expertise in Facets.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from health insurance/payer stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Facets core modules, including Member, Provider, Claims, Benefits, and Enrollment.
• Analyze and document healthcare payer business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Work closely with business users, SMEs, developers, QA, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support Facets configuration, enhancements, and implementation based on business requirements.
• Experience with claims processing, adjudication, benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and provider management.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis and SQL queries to validate healthcare/payer data and troubleshoot issues.
• Support SIT/UAT, test-case preparation, defect analysis, and business-user validation.
• Analyze Facets interfaces and integrations with downstream/upstream healthcare applications and systems.
• Ensure requirements and solutions align with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare industry standards.
