Responsibilities :
- Define and document requirements for AI-powered products and systems, translating user needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering, machine learning, and platform teams to drive architecture discussions, product decisions, and implementation strategies.
- Evaluate trade-offs across performance, reliability, cost, latency, and user experience to support business objectives.
- Develop and refine evaluation methodologies, including offline testing, experimentation frameworks, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Convert technical findings, model performance data, and system constraints into clear product recommendations and priorities.
- Drive execution through well-defined specifications, roadmap planning, and focused prioritization.
- Support the delivery of AI-enabled features with a focus on quality, safety, scalability, and operational reliability.
- Own end-to-end product outcomes, ensuring solutions are accurate, dependable, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Strong foundation in computer science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems design.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and the challenges of deploying AI systems in production environments.
- Ability to review, interpret, and contribute to technical design documentation and architecture discussions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven products, including applications leveraging large language models or related technologies.
- Experience with model evaluation, iterative improvement processes, experimentation, and feedback-driven optimization.
- Strong understanding of common AI challenges such as model reliability, bias, hallucinations, and performance drift.
- Proven track record managing complex technical products through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with senior engineering and machine learning teams in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to balance innovation with technical feasibility, operational constraints, and business goals.
- Experience launching consumer-facing products with significant AI or machine learning components.
- Previous background in software engineering or highly technical product management roles.
- Experience defining and measuring success metrics for AI and machine learning systems.
- Strong understanding of AI user experience design patterns and failure-recovery strategies.
- Experience working in early-stage, high-growth, or zero-to-one product development environments.
