The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault finding. • Operate from home with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. • Act as a confident problem solver and ambassador for the brand. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
