The Role

• Provide inside technical support for four product lines: Hygienic valves and components, Aseptic valves and components, Cleaning Technology, and Hygienic Pumps.
• Apply Fluid Dynamics concepts to optimize pump, valve, and cleaner sizing for specific hygienic applications.
• Determine special product specifications for control valves, safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning systems, and more.
• Integrate correct communication or control modules for seamless customer system design.
• Utilize product sizing and selection software to choose appropriate pump and valve products.
• Collaborate with European factories and US fabricators.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
• Associate's degree.
• Understanding of Fluid Dynamics and related industry practices.
• Knowledge of sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with solenoid control technology and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in using product sizing and selection software.
