• Sorting of incoming and outgoing freight and parcel shipments
  
• Professional loading and unloading of transport containers and delivery vehicles
  
• Digital tracking and accurate data logging of goods using modern handheld scanners
  
• Visual inspection of packaging for damage, including proper documentation of defects
  
• Order picking and preparing cargo for downstream shipping processes

• Initial practical experience in warehousing, freight handling, or general logistics is advantageous
  
• Strict willingness to work in permanent night shifts
  
• Good English language skills for safe communication and accurate operational documentation
  
• Valid background check (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung – ZÜP) is a plus, or can be arranged through Randstad
  
• Conscientious, dependable, and quality-focused approach to work
  
• Physical capacity for handling cargo and flexibility regarding working hours
