Title: Technical Security Consultant
Location: Mountain View, CA or Remote
Duration: 12-24 Months Contract

Role Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Security Consultant to serve as a product subject matter expert and technical lead for enterprise security product deployments. The role will focus on customer onboarding, product configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization to drive successful adoption of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical deployment, configuration, customization, and integration of enterprise security products.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and configuration support as an extension of the customer''s technical team.
Partner with customer success, security advisory, and customer stakeholders to develop and execute onboarding plans.
Support API integrations, scripting, automation, and custom reporting requirements.
Deliver technical and operational training and recommend product best practices.
Provide ongoing optimization guidance to improve security operations and product adoption.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, systems integration, or enterprise cybersecurity solution deployment.
1+ year of hands-on experience with enterprise security operations platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with Security Operations (SecOps), SIEM and/or SOAR platforms.
Must hold or be able to obtain and maintain at least one relevant professional-level cloud certification as required for the role.
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
