We are seeking a remote Quantitative Researcher for a high-impact contract engagement focused on customer, product, and experience insights. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex research studies-utilizing advanced methodologies like Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, Concept Testing, and Segmentation. We are looking for an analytical, client-facing researcher who excels at translating complex data into compelling, executive-ready stories that drive strategic business decisions.

responsibilities:

Research Design & Execution

• Lead end-to-end research: Oversee the complete lifecycle of quantitative research studies supporting product, customer, and experience initiatives.
• Survey development: Design and program survey instruments tailored to extract actionable data.
• Vendor management: Direct and manage third-party research vendors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.

Advanced Methodology & Analytics

• Advanced survey modeling: Execute sophisticated quantitative methodologies, specifically Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, and Concept Testing.
• Segmentation & synthesis: Conduct segmentation studies and run advanced data analyses to uncover customer behavior patterns.

Strategic Insights & Communication

• Data synthesis: Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, high-impact business insights and recommendations.
• Executive presentations: Build executive-ready decks and data visualizations designed for senior stakeholders and clients.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Delivery management: Maintain project timelines, manage deliverables, and handle day-to-day communications across cross-functional teams.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external client stakeholders to align research deliverables with broader business and product strategies.

qualifications:

5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, consulting, or a related field

Strong hands-on experience with quantitative research methodologies, including Conjoint, MaxDiff, and Concept Testing

Experience supporting product strategy, innovation, customer experience, or consulting engagements

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Client-facing experience and strong presentation/storytelling capabilities

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, or a related field
