Job Title: Project Manager (Circuits)
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 months Contract
Schedule: Primarily EST business hours; flexibility for CST and potentially PST candidates

Certifications: None required; PMP preferred but not required

Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and highly communicative Project Manager to support network infrastructure and circuit delivery initiatives within a large telecommunications environment. This role will coordinate the end-to-end build process associated with network capacity expansion, helping ensure equipment and circuits progress through the appropriate engineering, installation, turn-up, and automation teams.
This is primarily a project coordination and delivery role rather than a hands-on technical engineering position. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of telecommunications or network infrastructure and the ability to manage numerous dependencies, priorities, stakeholders, and workstreams simultaneously.
The Project Manager will work closely with network leadership and engineering teams to prioritize gateway router capacity needs, track circuit and equipment deployments, identify blockers, coordinate downstream teams, and drive projects through completion.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in project management or program delivery within a technical environment.
General understanding of network infrastructure, telecommunications, circuits, routers, or related technologies.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward through consistent follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies between multiple groups.
Ability to organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, establish ownership, and track items through completion.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate project risks or delays.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
