The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored pest control strategies.
• Explain technical solutions clearly and confidently to customers, ensuring their understanding and peace of mind.
• Utilize provided sales tools and technology, including an iPad with sales software, to manage agreements and stay organized.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity in all customer and coworker interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred, but no industry experience is necessary.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role.
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact effectively with customers.
• Willingness to obtain the necessary pesticide license or certification (company-sponsored).
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including using ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
• Commitment to working in various weather conditions and adhering to safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
