The Role

• Provide co-therapeutic support to psychosomatic patients through structured and supportive conversations, crisis intervention, and meals support.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate group sessions, incorporating naturopathic treatments such as acupuncture, compresses, and aromatherapy.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and other departments to ensure holistic patient care.
• Manage administrative tasks within the ward and support patient case management.
• Participate actively in projects and contribute to the internal training and development programs.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (e.g., Health and Hospital Nurse or Geriatric Nurse) with several years of professional experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry.
• Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic illnesses.
• High social competence and effective communication skills.
• Reliable, engaged, and team-oriented work ethic, both independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with modern hospital information systems and a willingness to undertake further training, particularly in co-therapy.
