Executive Assistant & Report Production Assistant | 6-Month Contract - to start ASAP

London | 4 days office / 1 day WFH after up to speed

Circa 50k pro rata DOE

6-month contract | Immediate start


An excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join a busy investment environment on an initial 6-month maternity cover contract , working closely with one or two analysts.


This is a varied role combining Assistant responsibilities with report production and administrative support . It would suit someone who enjoys a structured, process-driven environment and takes real pride in producing work that is accurate, polished and to a high standard .


The role will include:


  • Accurate report and broker note production , using established templates and examples
  • Copy typing and formatting of research and meeting notes — accuracy is more important than speed
  • Adding broker votes and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Downloading daily FactSet reports and additional research notes as required
  • Managing and filing emails into the correct company folders
  • Busy diary management across multiple time zones
  • Liaising with high-profile clients, brokers and company contacts
  • Coordinating meetings, global travel and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing and processing expenses using Concur
  • Providing general administrative and EA support to the analysts


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Previous EA, PA, Team Assistant or similar experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and a naturally meticulous approach
  • Strong typing, copy typing and document production skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office and Outlook skills
  • Experience managing complex diaries and international travel
  • Experience with expenses, ideally Concur
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible, proactive and team-focused approach


The role is initially for 6 months, with a commitment through to February with potential for extension etc, and the successful candidate will ideally be available to start ASAP.
