We are hiring for a leading national healthcare provider renowned for its specialized psychosomatic and internationally recognized psychiatric clinics, dedicated to providing top-tier care for adults and adolescents. Join our team as we establish a new, cutting-edge child and adolescent psychiatric unit designed to offer comprehensive treatment and support.

The Role

Organize and structure the daily clinical routine to ensure a smooth workflow for patients and staff.
Engage in co-therapeutic sessions, reinforcing themes from individual or group therapies to advance the treatment process.
Provide frontline support during acute crisis interventions, ensuring patient stability and safety.
Lead therapy groups focused on various topics such as relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill-building.
Actively participate in the development and shaping of a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit.

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training as an Educator, Special Needs Educator, or Residential Care Worker.
Previous experience in psychiatry or residential care groups is an advantage, but not essential.
Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for working with young people.
