Data strategy

Need to go onsite 3 days/week in Radnor, PA.

Short term 3-month contract

can be US person or on visa except H1b.

REQUIREMENTS

•          Demonstrated ability to independently extract data from SAP S/4HANA (hands-on with tables, CDS views, and master data objects)

•          Deep fluency in manufacturing data:  product/material master, BOMs, routings, and costing; paired with strong SQL skills for profiling and remediation

•          Proven track record writing clear, actionable remediation instructions, with real evidence of capability transfer

•          8+ years of hands-on delivery experience in data management, data quality, or data architecture;  this is a builder's role, not a purely advisory one

PREFERRED SKILLS

•          Python fluency (or comparable tooling) to take data profiling and analysis beyond what SQL alone can do

•          Track record standing up data governance that people actually adopted

•          Equal credibility on the plant floor and in the boardroom — skilled at running workshops and interviews that get straight answers

RESPONSIBILITIES

•          Evaluate data readiness for quoting and S&OP across six dimensions: inventory/lineage, quality, structure/access, definitions/standards,         governance, and gap/roadmap

•          Deliver a data-readiness assessment report, a detailed data inventory and lineage map, and a prioritized remediation roadmap with effort/cost estimates

•          Write an executive summary and forward-looking recommendations that chart a path to future AI use cases

•          Author precise remediation specifications for every prioritized gap, including: correction rules, systems of record, and acceptance criteria

•          Build the governance model from the ground up by named owners and stewards, standards, controls, and a review cadence

•          Produce practical runbooks and train client staff to run them independently, while guiding the first remediation sprint hands-on
