SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Management Consultant

Job Summary The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Management Consultant will provide functional consulting and hands-on configuration support for SAP Service Management and S/4HANA Service solutions. The role will focus on service processes, organizational structures, site-specific configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities while working independently with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP Service Management and S/4HANA Service functionality in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. Configure enterprise and organizational structures based on business requirements. Perform site-specific and manual SAP configuration activities. Configure and support Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Notifications. Support Warranty, Repair/Refurbishment, Service Billing, and RRB processes. Conduct requirements gathering sessions and facilitate business workshops.

Translate business requirements into functional designs and SAP configuration solutions. Execute functional testing, support integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing. Support implementation activities, issue resolution, and configuration troubleshooting. Work independently with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver Service Management solutions. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with SAP Service Management / S/4HANA Service. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Strong configuration experience with enterprise and organizational structures. Experience performing site-specific and manual SAP configuration. Strong experience with Service Orders, Service Contracts, and Service Notifications. Experience with Warranty, Repair/Refurbishment, Service Billing, and RRB processes. Strong functional consulting and requirements-gathering experience. Experience conducting business workshops and translating requirements into functional solutions. Strong experience with functional testing and implementation activities.

Ability to work independently and provide hands-on configuration support Education: Bachelors Degree
