Job Description:

Oracle Sales Cloud & Incentive Compensation Support Consultant (5-10+ Years)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM)

Consultant to provide post go-live application maintenance and support.

Key Requirements:

-                      10+ years of Oracle application experience.

-                      Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

-                      Strong experience in Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) support.

-                      Hands-on experience with OTBI custom reports and dashboards.

-                      Experience supporting integrations, data migration (FBDI/Data Loader), and system enhancements.

-                      Ability to analyze and resolve functional and production issues logged through ServiceNow.

-                      Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven support.

-                      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-                      Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Sales Cloud and ICM applications.

-                      Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and data-related issues.

-                      Support OTBI reporting, integrations, and data migration activities.

-                      Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform root cause analysis, and support business users

-                      Coordinate testing and validation for system changes and quarterly Oracle updates.
