Project Manager Mid

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager Mid in Irving, TX.

Essential Functions

• Lead assigned technology and business projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and closeout
• Take ownership of projects already in progress by assessing scope, risks, dependencies, and commitments and establishing a clear delivery plan
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk and issue tracking
• Facilitate requirements gathering, planning, and status meetings with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and dependencies
• Manage project risks, issues, changes, and dependencies while evaluating impacts to scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Coordinate system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and technology changes, including testing, deployment, and operational readiness
• Track deliverables against established requirements and acceptance criteria; Support testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder approvals
• Identify and escalate project blockers, recommend solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-through
• Maintain project documentation and governance materials and coordinate training, operational handoff, and project closeout
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into clear project deliverables and solutions
• Provide clear status updates on project progress, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and key decisions for both technical and nontechnical audiences

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated project management experience leading technology or business-related projects, including implementations, enhancements, or integrations
• Working knowledge of technology environments, systems, processes, and project delivery methodologies
• Ability to independently manage project scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes across multiple workstreams
• Strong organizational, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate complex information into clear business impacts and requirements
• Proficiency with common project management, planning, tracking, and collaboration tools

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification, such as PMP, preferred
• 5+ years of relevant project management or project delivery experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
