Power BI Developer - W2 only

Rate                                       :  $52/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience      : 8+

Job Description:

·         Report & Dashboard Development: Design and deploy user-friendly, interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

·         Data Modeling & DAX Engineering: Architect efficient star and snowflake schemas; build complex DAX measures, calculations, time-intelligence functions, and KPIs.

·         Data Integration & Transformation: Utilize Power Query (M language) to perform data transformations; extract and integrate data from disparate sources (SQL Server, cloud APIs, Excel, Data Lakes).

·         Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize query performance, dataset refresh rates, and report loading times using performance analyzer tools and indexing strategies.

·         Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical BI solutions.
