Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid We are a leading family-owned hospital group in Germany committed to providing exceptional patient care. Our central administration team supports a network of 17 clinics and facilities, ensuring seamless operations and the well-being of staff and patients alike. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Manage the billing of inpatient services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines. • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments across the group. • Ensure smooth collaboration and operational efficiency within the patient management function. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship. • Ideally, knowledge of clinical systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing. • High willingness to perform, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview in challenging situations. • Professional and service-oriented approach to various stakeholders.
