Field Service Technician (St. Louis, MO)
Location: Maryland Heights, Missouri (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician for an opportunity in the Maryland Heights, MO area. The role involves working directly with customers to install, test, and optimize systems and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper functionality, providing solutions, and maintaining a high standard of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to determine optimal system and equipment configurations to meet their needs.
• Install and test the operation of all equipment to ensure functionality and signal reception required for service establishment.
• Evaluate provided information and collaborate with the customer to deliver the best possible solution for their location.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the use and functionality of the customer's system.
• Adhere to safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
• Manage materials, ladders, and tools effectively on job sites and at office locations to prevent loss.
• Ensure the work site is clean by collecting debris and patching any holes, leaving the location in excellent condition.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the organization's vision and mission.

Required Qualifications
Education: A High School degree or equivalent is required.
Experience: Must possess strong technical skills and the ability to work with various systems. A customer-focused and customer-driven mindset is essential.
Skills: Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt in the face of uncertainty.
Preferred Qualifications

• Training from an Electronic Trade School is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates must be willing to use their own reliable vehicle that can accommodate a 6-foot ladder. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
