Job Summary (W2 Role): day 1 Onsite in Pleasanton, CA and Coppell, Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer skilled in these technologies - Java 111721, Spring Boot, Microservices, Restful, JPA, Hibernate, SQL, Oracle. Candidate should be willing to work in both support (weekdays and weekend support during PST hours) and development ecosystem involving production support shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps

Build a comprehensive KEDB for recurring and unique incidents and guide offshore team to build competency on incident management

Work on minor enhancements development stories.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
