Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager / Workforce Program Analyst to support workforce development initiatives within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on project coordination, grant and contract administration, data analysis, reporting, research, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in project/program coordination, grant administration, workforce development, healthcare, education, research, data analysis, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of project tracking, documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with government programs, federal grants, healthcare, or public-sector operations is highly preferred.
