Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Build: Design, optimize, and maintain critical software tools, scientific data pipelines, and infrastructure driving distributed/parallel training, molecular simulations, and machine learning workflows.

• Data & Research Execution: Translate complex datasets, cheminformatics requirements, and abstract technical challenges into clear, scalable, high-performance frameworks.

• Systemic Optimization: Identify technical friction points across GPU clusters and computing environments, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance operational velocity for end-users, chemists, and researchers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key technical interface, working directly with world-class teams of chemists, biologists, machine learning engineers, and computer scientists.

What You Bring

• Academic Pedigree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computational Biology, or a related STEM discipline.

• Technical Mastery: Strong command of core technical concepts and tools such as Python, C++, Linux/UNIX Tools, GPU Clusters, Distributed Systems, and AI/ML Frameworks (PyTorch, MLflow, vLLM, SGLang).

• Analytical Precision: Proven track record of automating scientific workflows, managing chemical and ML data, and solving multi-faceted problems in high-performance computing.

• Agile Mindset: Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and the ability to balance rigorous engineering standards with fast-paced execution under pressure.
