Zachary Daniels is exclusively recruiting for a large, fast-growing automotive group with a significant UK-wide retail presence.

Following a major acquisition, the business has added a substantial number of retail locations to its network and is now looking for a driven, commercially minded Retail Marketing Coordinator to become their eyes, ears and boots on the ground.

This isn't a job for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.

It's about meeting people, building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.

If you're from field sales, field marketing, account management or retail operations and love managing your own working week, this could be a fantastic next move.

The Opportunity:

You'll be the link between the central marketing team and retail locations, ensuring campaigns are executed brilliantly, brands are represented consistently and sites receive the support they need.

With 80% of your time spent out in the field, you'll enjoy plenty of variety, independence and the chance to make a genuine commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Getting out on the road: Visiting retail sites across the Midlands and South, building relationships with store teams and Area Managers.
• Making marketing happen: Delivering in-store campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand activity.
• Spotting opportunities: Identifying ways to improve sales, customer experience and brand visibility.
• Owning the retail environment: Supporting merchandising, fixtures, signage, displays and product availability.
• Keeping things moving: Coordinating marketing materials, suppliers, logistics, budgets and campaign deadlines.
• Understanding performance: Reviewing store results, competitor activity and market trends to make commercially focused recommendations.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a confident, proactive, commercially minded go-getter who enjoys meeting people and getting things done.

You could come from field sales, territory management, field marketing, account management, merchandising or retail operations.

You'll bring strong relationship-building skills, excellent organisation, commercial awareness and the confidence to work independently.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy being on the road, taking ownership and making a difference.

Location & Package:

Ideally based in Worcester, the Midlands or surrounding areas, with regular travel across the Midlands and South.

You'll work from a regional office at least one day per week, with Worcester Head Office located at Units 1 & 2, Hylton Road, Worcester, WR2 5JS. Occasional visits to Newton-le-Willows HQ can be arranged flexibly.

• 40,000 annual salary + company car
• 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 24 days from year two
