Oracle HCM fusion Project Manager

As an Oracle HCM fusion Project Manager, you will:

• Successfully manage delivery of end to end Oracle cloud HCM projects and manage client expectations
• Create and manage to roadmaps, project plan, manage day to day monitoring tasks and activities, and initiate corrective action where necessary in order to keep the project on track
• Prepare and deliver reporting and escalate any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain backlog of product enhancements to meet tactical needs and strategic goals
• Provide counselling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams

Required:

• 8 years of of relevant Oracle HCM experience with 3-4 years as project manager
• Must have worked with Healthcare clients in the past
• Should have at least 2-3 implementation experiences as a project manager.
• Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
• Should have done to-end implementation for two or more of the below modules

• Fusion Comp and Ben
• Fusion Payroll
• Fusion Absences
• Fusion Core HR
• Fusion Talent Modules
• Recruit & Learn
• PMP Certified preferred
