We are seeking a talented Manhattan Associates WMS Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of cutting-edge warehouse management solutions. Located onsite in Chicago, this position offers a unique chance to work with leading technology in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert Level 2/3 technical support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving bugs efficiently.
• Manage system configurations, perform performance tuning, and implement updates, patches, and upgrades aligned with business needs.
• Develop automation solutions and optimize warehouse workflows such as picking and packing processes to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, infrastructure teams, ERP systems like SAP, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth system integration and deployment.
• Partner with Manhattan Customer Support Organizations to address platform capabilities, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Follow IT change management and governance protocols to maintain system integrity and stability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience working with leading WMS solutions, with hands-on expertise in Manhattan WMS and LM systems.
• Proven success leading full lifecycle Manhattan WMS implementations and supporting live environments.
• Strong warehouse operations domain understanding and experience with WMS cloud implementations.
• Skilled in designing and developing complex WMS rules and workflows, with solid technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to independently handle technical assignments, including WMS and legacy system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in international settings, collaborating with global teams.
• Additional knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, and process automation tools is advantageous.
• Certifications related to warehouse management or system support are a plus.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with WMS solutions, especially Manhattan WMS, with demonstrated success in complex implementations.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work weekends or outside standard hours as needed to support warehouse operations on rotation shifts.
• Willingness to travel as required for project or support needs.
