The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and solutions to members.
• Handle a variety of automotive issues, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing your workload efficiently.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the organisation with a customer-focused approach.
• Embrace variety with new challenges and different member interactions daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to make the right call for each customer.
