The Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM), Commercial Applications, is responsible for managing the roadmap, implementation, and operations of enterprise technology solutions that support core commercial business functions. This role requires deep understanding of business processes, enterprise applications, and modern digital technologies while partnering with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, innovative, and high-impact solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute the product roadmap for enterprise commercial application platforms, focusing on business process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.

Manage product backlogs, process flows, functional designs, user stories, test plans, and other product delivery artifacts.

Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and serve as the primary liaison between business and IT teams.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while prioritizing product features and enhancements.

Provide technical and functional leadership across enterprise commercial platforms, including websites, digital experience platforms, eCommerce (B2B/B2C), CRM, ERP, supply chain, and manufacturing applications.

Lead cloud modernization and application re-platforming initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes through technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams to successfully deliver enterprise technology initiatives.

Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to promote adoption of enterprise applications and digital platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in implementing enterprise websites, digital commerce, commercial applications, and digital experience solutions.

2+ years of experience with headless commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital experience platforms (DXP).

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering medium to large-scale enterprise technology projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international).

Experience with Digital Experience Platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Experience implementing enterprise eCommerce solutions.

Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.

Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital technologies.

Experience integrating commercial platforms with ERP solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP.

Functional knowledge in areas such as Order Management, Customer Service, Digital Commerce, Product Information Management (PIM), and Online Payments.

Understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, data structures, and integration patterns.

Experience working with globally distributed, cross-cultural teams.

Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution organizations.
