Senior ERP Business Applications Consultant - Manufacturing

Cargill seeks a Sr. Business Applications Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications supporting global manufacturing operations. You will partner with plant and corporate leaders to map processes, translate requirements, and configure ERP and related systems to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability. Responsibilities include driving integration across platforms, managing enhancements, leading testing and user training, and using data to recommend improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ERP and business applications for manufacturing operations
• Analyze and map business processes, translating needs into system requirements and configurations
• Drive systems integration and data flows across ERP, manufacturing, and reporting platforms
• Manage enhancements, testing, and deployment of application changes
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing application support
• Use data and analytics to identify process and system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
• Support governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise applications
• Contribute to global initiatives around sustainability, quality, and operational excellence
• Mentor junior team members and champion continuous improvement
