Senior Living Sales Counselor - Life Plan Community

Lifespace Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Plan Counselor to help older adults and their families explore senior living options. In this resident-first role, you will listen to prospective residents' needs, explain independent living and continuing care services, conduct tours and presentations, and guide families through the decision-making process. You will build trusting relationships, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate prospect records, and collaborate with community teams to create a welcoming experience. Responsibilities
