The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Workshop Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and operational aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover with a strong service orientation. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee appointment scheduling and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undergo a competency examination, or already be certified as a Workshop Manager (HWK). • Own a Class B driver's license, possess good German language skills, and be comfortable with administrative tasks and PC usage. • Display strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a commitment to trusting, equal partnerships.
