Ready to put your electromechanical and RF expertise to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment? We're hiring an experienced Electrical Mechanical Technician in Brockton, MA to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot complex antenna, RF, and electromechanical systems.
Job Duties

• Assemble and integrate complex electromechanical and RF products.
  


• Perform electrical wiring, cable harnessing, connector installation, soldering, and mechanical assembly.
  


• Conduct RF, electrical, and functional testing using established procedures.
  


• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and RF performance issues.
  


• Read engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
  


• Record test results, inspection data, and manufacturing documentation.
  


• Support prototype builds, new product introductions, and root cause investigations.
  


• Perform in-process quality inspections.
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of complex electromechanical assembly experience.
  


• 2+ years of hands-on RF testing experience.
  


• Experience with electrical/RF troubleshooting, wiring, soldering, and cable assembly.
  


• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
  


• Experience with electronic test equipment; VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, or RF power meter experience preferred.
  


• IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred.
  


• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  


• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
