The Role • Deliver groceries to 15-18 households per 3-hour shift within a defined local radius. • Load and prepare the electric delivery vehicle with orders and manage battery life. • Interact positively with customers, addressing any questions or concerns as the primary point of contact. • Complete the route, return the vehicle, and conclude the delivery process. • Assist with receiving and organizing inventory at the local hub. • Potentially assist with training or mentoring new team members. What You'll Need • A valid B driver's license and be at least 18 years old. • Availability for 16-32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. • Fluency in Dutch is essential for effective customer communication. • A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service skills. • Physical fitness to handle walking and lifting packages regularly. • Ability to plan and manage personal schedule for shift selection.
