Quick Overview
Job Description
You have a scientific or laboratory background, but don’t necessarily see yourself working at the lab bench forever?
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Operations Associate (all genders) to become the operational backbone of our team and support us across a variety of scientific, regulatory and product-related topics.
In this role, you will work within our Regulatory Affairs team and help ensure that information, documentation, and processes are organized and available where they are needed. Your scientific understanding will enable you to work confidently with ingredients, raw materials, product specifications and related technical documentation – while your organizational skills will keep numerous topics moving forward.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background as a Chemielaborant, CTA, BTA, PTA or in a comparable scientific field who would like to transition into an office-based role while continuing to use their technical knowledge.
Your role
You will support our Regulatory Affairs teams with their day-to-day operational activities, such as product changes, reformulations and related topics by ensuring that all relevant information and documents are available
You coordinate and maintain product and raw material information, including specifications, certificates and other related technical documents
You will gather missing information and documentation from internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners and notify food supplements at the responsible German authority
You maintain product and regulatory information in our internal systems, databases and make sure they are consistent
You help organize and coordinate documentation and product-related requests
You conduct initial checks of documents and data for completeness and consistency and support the preparation of internal documentation, overviews and reports
You take ownership of recurring operational and administrative processes within the team and continuously look for ways to make them more efficient
Your profile
You have an interest in scientific topics and ideally some familiarity with ingredients, raw materials or technical documentation – or the motivation to quickly build up this knowledge
Ideally, you have completed vocational training or studies in a scientific field such as chemistry, food science or pharmacy (e.g. Chemielaborant, CTA, BTA or PTA). However, we are equally open to candidates with a strong administrative or operational background who are curious to learn and comfortable working with scientific and technical topics.
You enjoy working in a structured and detail-oriented way and feel comfortable handling a large amount of information
You've got strong organizational skills and the ability to keep track of several topics at the same time
You are proactive, reliable and enjoy supporting a team while taking ownership of your own tasks and you're confident working with digital tools, spreadsheets and databases
You've got very good German and English skills

Sunday Natural emerged from a long-standing passion and research in the fields of health, healing, and personal growth. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market was the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We aim to produce the products we ourselves would love to buy – as natural as possible, absolutely pure, free from any additives, and of the highest quality. In a strategic partnership with CVC, Sunday Natural is now one of Germany's most renowned quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. For the continuous improvement of our products, we collaborate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers, and professional associations.
Our diverse team in Berlin consists of over 400 employees from more than 45 nationalities and continues to grow – but at a sustainable pace. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary team members.
We highly value equality of opportunity and inclusivity, and we would like to particularly encourage women and candidates from under-represented backgrounds to apply, even if you don’t match with 100% of the requirements.
