Job Description

15+ years in product management/ownership, with deep experience in end to end retail planning processes - merchandising, financial planning (MFP), demand forecasting, assortment planning, allocations & replenishment planning

Strong grasp of retail planning concepts: long-range planning, pre-season planning, ROF, open-to-buy, merchandise hierarchies, location-level planning

Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, BlueYonder Allocations) and forecasting/data science partnerships

Proven track record owning multi-quarter/multi-year roadmaps for complex, cross-functional enterprise platforms

Technical fluency to partner with engineering on data models, APls, and integrations

Experience managing and mentoring PMs/POs on distributed or offshore teams

Strong stakeholder management, including VP/SVP-level merchant and finance leaders
