The Role • Rotate between various store locations, typically managing one store per day to implement merchandising plans. • Accurately reset shelves and products according to new layouts provided by planograms. • Reposition shelves, fixtures, and tags to optimize product display and accessibility. • Move and arrange products to align with merchandising directives. • Submit timely progress reports and photographic documentation of completed work. • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status, needs, and any arising issues. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a highly physical role involving standing, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the day, with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. • Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned retail locations. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Strong self-motivation, keen attention to detail, and a results-driven work ethic. • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
