Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of Application/Production Support experience
  • Prior experience in a Lead or Senior Support role
  • Strong L2/L3 Production Support expertise
  • Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools
