Disclosure Lead (f/m/d)

• Define early disclosure strategies at study concept and protocol stages as well as during amendment stages
• Prepare, review, and submit clinical trial registrations across global registries such as CTIS and ClinicalTrials.gov
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant registry records throughout the entire study lifecycle
• Coordinate the creation and submission of clinical trial results disclosures
• Ensure full inspection readiness through precise documentation and auditable evidence
• Support data quality, system maintenance, and vendor oversight activities

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline 
• Background in clinical research, trial management, Regulatory Affairs, or project management
• Knowledge of clinical trial transparency and disclosure requirements
• Familiarity with registries such as CTIS or ClinicalTrials.gov, and strong affinity for IT systems
• Experience at a CRO or sponsor is a plus
• Proficieny in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication style
• High attention to detail and an open, collaborative mindset
• Working time model: 37,5 h/week
