The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Address issues ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service.
• Start and finish your day from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.
• Act as a proud ambassador for a trusted automotive service brand.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for customers.
• A passion for variety and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
