Working closely with seniorarchitects and project leaders, you'll gain exposure from concept designthrough to documentation, approvals and construction, while contributing toprojects that genuinely shape communities and built environments.

The Opportunity

This position is suited to anArchitectural Graduate with several years of industry experience who is readyto take the next step in their career.

You'll work across a diverserange of projects, contribute to design and documentation outcomes, coordinatewith consultants, and become an integral part of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of projects fromconcept design through to construction.
• Prepare architectural documentation,detailing and presentation material.
• Support design development, materialselections and project detailing.
• Coordinate with consultants andincorporate consultant information into project documentation.
• Assist with Development Applications,Building Approval documentation and statutory submissions.
• Participate in site inspections andconstruction-phase services.
• Collaborate with project leaders to meetproject timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to design reviews, projectmeetings and internal coordination.
• Assist with project planning, consultantmanagement and programme coordination.
• Take ownership of project packages andresponsibilities as your experience continues to grow.

About You

You'll be a motivated andtechnically capable Architectural Graduate who enjoys working collaborativelyand producing quality outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5-10 years of architectural industryexperience.
• A recognised qualification inArchitecture.
• Strong Revit proficiency and documentationexperience.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills,particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
• A solid understanding of Australianbuilding codes, standards and approval processes.
• Experience across multiple project stagesand consultant coordination.
• Strong construction detailing knowledge.
• Excellent organisational skills andattention to detail.
• The ability to work autonomously whilecontributing positively to a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solvingskills.
• A proactive approach and desire forongoing professional development.

Experience across residential,multi-residential, commercial or mixed-use projects will be highly regarded.
