Job Description

Mechatronics Technician | Wetzlar, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Professional assembly of devices, modules, and subassemblies using technical drawings, parts lists, and assembly instructions.
  • Independent preparation of the assembly process, including provision of tools, materials, and aids.
  • Inspection of delivered components for completeness, dimensional accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Fine adjustment, setting, and calibration of mechanical, optical, or optoelectronic components.
  • Analysis, execution, and documentation of repair, maintenance, and testing measures.

What You'll Need

  • Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Practical experience in the assembly of complex mechanical, precision mechanical, or optoelectronic assemblies.
  • Very high quality and responsibility awareness, as well as a structured, precise way of working.
  • Sound technical understanding and interest in demanding technical systems and processes.
  • Dexterity and patience in precision mechanical work requiring high accuracy.
